St. Thomas More report from Mountain Top Central

Hola!!
Well here we are the first day out and hard at work.  The village of Pichao sits high in the mountains.  The trip here was interesting, Rylee was wide eyed to say the least. The kids all have picks and shovels in hand and are digging like crazy.  We are working on digging the ditch in which the pipes will be layed which will bring the water to the houses.  It's slow going because of the rock but we are making progress.  The view from where the holding tank is located is amazing. 1500 meters high and the view is amazing.  Picture will follow shortly. The weather is cool today and believe me we are thankful!!
We will blog again this evening when we get back to Esquias.
Adios for now.
Mary
