ReplyDeleteThank you for the pictures! It is great to see you guys doing God's work there in Honduras. Megan, I went to visit Grandma and Granddad last night. Granddad continues to get stronger every day. He is now wheeling himself in the wheelchair and is able to use his left arm/leg, even though it is still pretty weak. He walks some with the physical therapist. They said to send you their love and tell you they are proud of you and look forward to hearing your stories when you get back. I have been printing off all the blog entries for Grandma McCarty so she can read them with her vision machine. She is praying for all of you on a daily basis. Our house is sure quiet without you Megan. We miss you! (so do your brothers even though they probably won't admit it) Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and wear your sunscreen please! Love you---Mom and Dad
ReplyDeleteOh and give Fabio a hug from Jay and I and the fam:)
ReplyDeleteGreat work! You really accomplished a lot yesterday. I was happy to see more pictures. Hopefully more of the bags will come today as well. We went to The Ranch last night for Dad's birthday, CW. We were surprised when they asked us if you were our son and gave us a discount. Everyone tried claiming you after that. LOL! Seriously though, the chicken wasn't the same as when you make it. LOL! Supposed to be about 71 here today but it of course is windy. Western Christian and South O'Brien play championship games today. Nice to see NW Iowa teams going strong. Keep up the good work! I look forward to more blogs. I love reading them every day. Katelyn says hola!
ReplyDeleteHey Missioners! Looks like you have been working hard and getting lots done. Life is weird in the halls here with all of you gone...the singing and loud debates in Mrs. Harpenau's and Mr. Gunter's rooms are gone. Now it is just the sounds of loud sighs of stressed out juniors! I am sure that you are sharing your joyful spirits and love of play with all the children there. Praying for you all and looking forward to hearing about your experience!
